The installation program creates a directory (Default :

overwrite certain files. Please answer "yes" for each file.
Under certain circumstances you will get a messgage that the

To change the standard configuration, edit the system.ini.
In the section [winner.drv] you can modify the xres, yres and the

The winner08.drv (in WINDOWS.DR@) later Version 3.2X is valid.
You find the program WINMAN.EXE and the other drivers on the
GUI-Driver Disk.
To install the WINMAN.EXE and the drivers:
- expand the packed file with:
EXPAND /R A:WINMA???.??_
(you find EXPAND.EXE in the WINOS2 directory)
EXPAND /R A:WINNER16.DRV (for 16bpp)

6. Caveats / Known Problems
6.1 MMPM.EXE (OS/2 Digital Video Player):
with the WINNER 2000 ISA/EISA Release D the system hangs.
6.2 WINOS2
With some monitors, you can't use an other refresh rate as the
WPS. In this case you will see a black screen (or something else)
on the WINOS2 Session.
WINNER 2000 ISA/EISA D-Release :
Sometimes, it is possible that the screen is black after starting
the WINOS2-Fullscreen-Session. If that happens, close
the session with Alt+F4 and press enter.

7. Driver Notes
To reinstall the previous driver :
1. execute setvga bootdrive:
2. delete the files :
-WINOS232.dll (bootdrive:\os2\dll)
-BVHSVGA.dll (bootdrive:\os2\dll)
3. install the WINNER-Driver you want or others.
this must be done, cause the dspinstl.exe can't copy files with a
lower version number.
